Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible during regular business hours. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as Purolator and Canada Post. Shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines shown at checkout (for example 2–5 business days) are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once a parcel has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, the shipment and delivery timeline fall under the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Carrier Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Ranchmans Farm & Feed Store is not responsible for delays that occur within the shipping carrier’s network, including but not limited to weather delays, routing issues, or high shipping volumes.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel directly through the carrier’s system.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If a parcel becomes lost or significantly delayed, we will assist in opening a trace or investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements can only be considered once the carrier has completed their investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Shipping Agreement
By completing a purchase through our website, customers agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.
Important note about glassware: we will NOT be responsible for glass items broken in shipping. While we will do our best to package your purchase securely, glass items are shipped at your own risk. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all glass items be picked up in store.
